Centring Star Diagnostic™

A ten-minute self-assessment for senior leaders working in shifting conditions.

What it asks, and what comes back

Most leaders know how they want to lead. Fewer have a read on how their leadership holds when the context stops being stable and the usual approach stops fitting.

The diagnostic asks thirty-six questions across values, character strengths and the five capabilities in the Centring Star: emotional agility, intellectual flexibility, contextual wisdom, inter-relational expertise and tactical agility.

What comes back is a personalised report: your patterns across those capabilities, the balance between awareness and action, and where a small shift in steadiness, alignment or timing would make the most difference. It is an orientation point, not a verdict.

There is also a group version an organisation arranges for its team, and an individual growth report. Both have a fee. Executive teams use the group version for a shared read. The group report is built from averages, and no individual report goes to an employer or a manager.

Inside a longer game plan program, the diagnostic can be run at the start and again at the end. The two sets of reports show where the group has moved across the five capabilities, which gives the organisation visibility of its return on investment.

How answers are handled is set out in full on the privacy page for this diagnostic, which is linked from the site's privacy policy.
